Instead they will give away the projects to offshore ani enduku anuko kudadu..onsite lo okadni petti vadiki 100K istharu ..His basic job will be coordinating the efforts at the client place..Appudu americans/H1B's ki jobs ekkada osthayi? Unna jobs anni offshore vellipothayi..Client will be happy too..This could be one of the possible outcome ani anukovachu

KT doesnt work that way.....

suppose.they will give 10 projects to support to offshore....

so they need atleast 5 ppl  to get KT for each project....

so these 5 ppl meet onsite ...organize meetings...like 2 hrs a day...document each and everything thing and then go back to india...

okka 100K person tho ayye pani kadu idhi.......

i first hand seen a KT session from these WITCH companies....daily 2 hr meetings for 2 weeks....straight....everything documented....and still screw up and reach onsite full time resource for help....

wrong...ITSERVE is just the name....manaki bokka pettindhi aa lawyer reddy and murthy ....

they initiated and encouraged....lawsuits....

but for real did you expect US to give EAD for all I-140 approved???

Adhe kada malli KT antha easy anattu maatladatharu. Some of the jobs here are not easy to do from offshore. Galilo medale lol. Complicated stuff India lo vallu ekalavudi la nerchesukoni chesesthara.
