Doesnt apply to FT employers if they have less than 20% h1b employees. This bill only targets consulting companies and witch companies

Hmm .. correct ye kaani I think client will have to start issuing that. IT field konchem specialized ye kadha and most of the time clients ki resources vundaru. I mean Disney lo jariginattu jarigithe yeah sure but in a lot of cobtracting positions ki already resources vundaru.
