First of all, government should realize that its not the government's business to do business. 

Ideally, government should invest in  building the fiber grid across the state and hand it over to local and regional private players on a bidding basis to provide services of fiber grid. 

Improved services, response, value added services, localisation should be the key...centralization running is waste of time and money. 

Fiber grid project is one such finest project in AP. A noble thought as we all know data is the new oil and we need it to run the economy. 

All hatred apart, This is much needed in AP. A generation ahead.
