It's tricky after you purchase the item link your Walmart account by going to Google Express I'm that you will have one button to link your account

After this go to Google home App and go to offers by clicking the top left 3 line expander 

There you will find redeem offer

After that you can order from Google Express by selecting Walmart and you will get promo code automatically

It took some research to get this redemption
