dum biryani in owen in aluminium tray

owen lo dum biryani ela cheyali..i saw so many threads and videos, but none of them say how to do biryani in aluminium tray in owen, handi lo cheyochu kani anta pedda bowl ledu..

usually nenu chicken/goat 70% cook chesi, tray lo vesi 60% cooked rice vesta..taste bagane untundi..but enduko aa dum taste radu.

recent ga mega biryani thread chusa, andulo kuda ledu

marinate chesina chicken ni tray lo pettu .. then put your half boiled or 60% boiled rice on top of the marination .. cover it up with foil .. and put in oven for 1hr .. 380F

then put tray for 30 min in bake mode

last 10 min broil. 

I don't broil, just bake

1 hour dry ayipotundi bro, around 40 minutes is better.

Mutton understandable, chicken ki I don't put it for more than 45 minutes. Never made mutton biriyani so don't know
