If they delivered tokens to your MEW, you should see them in etherscan.io, you don't need their contract address.

you need their contract address detail in case if you want to add the tokens into your MEW to transfer other exchanges.

Can you provide step by step process to all newbies like me for participating in icos 

step 1 - create mew wallet

step 2- should we give eth address one eth address is good for all the tokens 

ex:- sub, remme, all are erc20 so one eth address for every thing 

step 3 - how can we move them to exchanges???

If you lost usd value on any alt coin don’t worry look at btc value if you break even on btc value or got 25 percent more take it and go for other coins which has huge potential in current market I am doing same for vtc waiting for it to break even on btc value
