I had an opportunity to meet Robert Kroft personally when I was working in Boston.

cant disclose what I was handling for them. I still have the jersey and the football signed by the star Trio ( BB, Brady and Kroft)

Basically their Working model and their internal structure is quite different then the rest of the NFL teams. 

BB is not just a coach but also he is manager and a stake holder as well and the plays a major role in getting the staff and players.

they don’t tolerate any indiscipline. Repu Tom Brady gadu late ga training ki osthe 10gey antaru. They basically keep you on your toes. Also they are very good in managing their resources ( internal and external )

They more or less work like a start up corporate office in simple terms.

TB12's work ethics are impeccable, so is mastery of BB. They always find players for their plays, its doesn't matter whoz playing. Heck they won with backup QB's too.
