Mestri change Kosam Uscis ki apply chestey gap between the jobs should be less than 10 days rule undi just like h1b.  Ippudu Nenu apply chesaka na application processing Lo unnappudu na paatha mestri ki telisi na employment terminate chestey will I be in the status (assuming my application is not yet approved and it’s in processing and I filed my lca and change of employer within 10 days gap )

note: e3 visa holders are not allowed to work for the new mestri on receipt.
