vajpayee is not even a good speaker. 

just listen to KCR. KCR is a much much better speaker than Vajpayee. And ofcourse from my own state, karunanidhi is literally unbeatable.

hindi people haven't heard of a decent speaker, and thought he was one. may be that's why he became that popular.
