But anyway my final points.

1) H4EAD benefits indians only . We fights among us a lot.. so no unity like DACA , so this program goes soon.

2) OPT : Again here lot of H1B's , students from good universities complained OPT abuse to USCIS.  They will make it tough to find a job on OPT.  Again indian students are looser here. 

3) H1B :  With more scrutiny on extensions and approvals.. It is tough for indian companies and body shops here. Indirectly it is issue for indians .

4) GC :  Relief for full timers ,  All the scrap goes from the line. your date may come sooner. 

 Who benefits from all these rule changes

1) Citizens through immigration

2) Full time H1B employees who work for good organizations.

I dont judge man just telling it is  a free country  and once authorised one can open restaurant gas station etc

You know who abused it.. The people who are on H1B's right . they got jobs for their spouses and relatives. 

But do you think companies are dumb to employ them more than 6 months. 

If they can't meet minimum job performance , how could they survive ?

You are assuming everything going right with H1B. There also lot of abuse happening with fake experience and body shops.. 

Good and bad both co-exist everywhere. 

H1B's are more than 700K in the US.

H4 EAD  around 200K .. working close to 100k. 

Abuse might be done by 20K.

YEah I know lots of such people. Some have citizenships too, they just warm the bench and discuss about the latest current affairs anthaku minchi em cheyaru.

So the point is irrespective of VISA .. It is happening whether it is H4 EAD or H1B or citizen..  But she might be doing some minimum thing like manual testing ... or writing reports.. something.. Her husband might be so imp for organization... they are keeping her because of him..  These things happen but not much
