2) Employers preferring H4-EAD and ignoring H1s because of sponsorship requirements.

3) Vendors lowering h1b contractor billing by just showing h4-ead (vunna, lekkuna).

they dont lower the rate charged to client they just make the candidate agree for fixed pay like 40-50 per hour and charge high billing to client

You are assuming everything going right with H1B. There also lot of abuse happening with fake experience and body shops.. 

Good and bad both co-exist everywhere. 

H1B's are more than 700K in the US.

H4 EAD  around 200K .. working close to 100k. 

Abuse might be done by 20K.
