They can do any business on H4 EAD. it is like having GC. 

I personally know many people who started mesthri business on h4 ead.

Its like having GC @Peter123 ...only thing is it is H1 dependant and has short renewal periods... also you cannot file citizenship using that EAD... migitha anni same to same as GC

well usc can only be obtained once he/she is a gc..ead is just a work permit afaik with travel included

not sure on that, even if they do they're gonna end up behind bars one day or the other, as they only do fakes, abusing visas, floating fake resumes around, those mesthri days mintin tons of cash are gone, whatever they made over the years, thats all about it,

1) H4EAD benefits indians only . We fights among us a lot.. so no unity like DACA , so this program goes soon.

2) OPT : Again here lot of H1B's , students from good universities complained OPT abuse to USCIS.  They will make it tough to find a job on OPT.  Again indian students are looser here. 

3) H1B :  With more scrutiny on extensions and approvals.. It is tough for indian companies and body shops here. Indirectly it is issue for indians .

4) GC :  Relief for full timers ,  All the scrap goes from the line. your date may come sooner. 

 Who benefits from all these rule changes

1) Citizens through immigration

2) Full time H1B employees who work for good organizations.

bro until now its different, no one cared about fakes or misuse abuse visas, i know companies who faked i797's, opt cards, gc's photoshopping etc,

also now every company came to know about ***** that someother person takes interview and the main guy just moves his lips around

also every american knows that indians loot jobs with fake resumes, this has been going for a while , but its all opened up now..

my frinds has companies too,, but they dont want to submit fake profiles and do fake sh!it with their companies, so they're trying to find local people only,,

anyways whatever abama did triump is gnna replace and repeal....mega
