• Please note "Time Table" for this Proposed Rule Making for H-4 EAD repeal: February 2018!! This rule is designated as "Economical Impact and Significant," meaning that each step of the rule making processes for OMB review clearace can be completed in 30 days or less rather than 60 days or 90 days. Accordingly, the rule-making processes for this rescinding rule can be taken much less than anticipated, which is a bad news for H-4 EAD stakeholders.
