Ekkuva mandhi bayapadi job change avaru....adhe loop hole tho cheap salary ki goddu chakiri chaala mandhi doing....kaani vaadi  pai lead high profit earning....and bonus.... promotion etc....

Me being a MS student 10 yrs before, you can't compare both. Some get low pay & some get high pay depending on project cost. Just because we spent 1000's of dollars for MS doesn;t mean we are great. At the end of the day all the job need is experience at low cost to the employer. MS has no value in USA except that it;s for EB2 only if JD requires one. Most of the jobs (FT with client) don;t even require Masters . So an experienced guy with Witch company is the better of both as they have more work experience and they come for peanuts. So as a Masters student, its sad to support with company candidate but that's the reality today. Also another reason is colleges like Bridgeport, ITT, Stratford etc is more or less partially responsible for our fate.

i see most FT in US clients either have  BS req or Phd req for research positions. Thats also the reason why there are very less citizens in MS classes

Also BS is almost same as MS just that u need additional 3 core courses for MS. So most of USC's don;t do extra pain of doing it. Most firms have to pay bit higher for MS requirement positions. So they keep Bachelors as min req with some experience.

Are u QA as well?

Infy takes more than 40-50% . So effectively he makes between 95-120k. 

 

Also u can;t compare pay and experience.. It depends on the company. Java dev for non profit org makes 50k while he makes beyond 120k in Financial firm. Never compare pay and experience. You should also look at other 2 dimmensions : company & Vendor. 

 

The real value of experience comes when u face challenging situation. Because of his experience he can perform better than you any day.
