iddaritho Posted January 17, 2018 Report Posted January 17, 2018 problem with guraka, is you might be having sleep apnea , that is really bad , i had a recent examination with my PCP for similar problem and had a sleep study which was normal by god grace but they recommended loosing weight to prevent future sleep apnea But with sleep apnea , you will have lot of problem with blood pressure , diabetes , poor activity during day time leading to increased tiredness and fatigue Quote
