I'm also thinking about it. Workwise i'm very happy. Family is very chill n no problems . Health is also good .

Lol bro. I genuinely need help  and open to all suggestions. I could've been in denial and keep thinking nothing is wrong but thats clearly not the case . Of course i want to drink occasional beer but not everyday like this :)

There are two components associated with addiction: Physical and mental. The most dangerous in case of alcohol/cigarette is mental addiction. First thing is you need to be confident that you are willing to quit and can go any extent towards it. Roju Edaithe time lo taguthavo/ taagali anpisthundo do something else go away with friends. Go for a long drive (so you won't drink) within city and comeback. Change your gym timings to the time where you plan to drink. Schedule antha marchei and don't encourage thoughts on alcohol. Dont read about any of the stuff online, dont discuss with friends, dont pity yourself, just don't encourage any thoughts about it. Let the burning desire inside you to stop not get affected. Let it burn, feel happy, feel energetic, just think how good life would be if you stop this habbit. Enjoy life, its just the gust of dopamines you are addicted too, you can make them release by having a nice beach walk, have s*x, love someone, nature, sight seeing, so many ways. Its the time to explore yourself, turn inward. Peace !! All the best.

Yeah bro i usually go to gym in the night . But not too late. Should try going to gym late in night when i usually drink. I didn't do it yet as i'm scared i might start drinking early and miss gym. Have read about Dopamines and addiction :).  Will surely try sight seeing . I used to play basketball but stopped after i got injured two years back. That is also one of the reasons i developed drinking habit
