H1B post 6 years - reset

Let's suppose Mr.X is in US for 6 years (365*6 days) and goes back to India and stays for 1 year. Now if Mr.X wants to apply for H1 then does his application needs to go thru lottery process ?

 

Asalu ee 6yrs tarvatha 1 yr outside US lo vunte reset concept enti - pl explain ....

6 yrs complete ga vadeskoni , gc ki apply cheskoka pothe they need to leave the country.

1 year cap untundi.. that means they need to stay min 1 year outside usa.

then you can apply for fresh h1 which goes thru lottery process..
