I don't think you have read my intial post at all...those are basic things that a waiter does...even high chairs also, you don't barge into somewhere in a restaurant and grab what you need, you ASK a waiter, that's why they are there to help you and make you feel like you are their guests. 

Go back and read what I posted first and then come back if you have any questions or concerns regarding it...
