Na h1b deny ayindi naku oka doubt manam h1b deny ayaka malli open chesinapudu aa time lo india ki velocha. Nenu india compulsory velali meantime this year new h1 apply cheyalani anukuntunanu last chance. Please suggest cheyandi.

if ur H1 is denied, U can file for MTR(Motion to re-open)...howeever in the meantime U cannot work... while U wait for ur MTR result...most attorneys suggest U to go back to ur home country... I will suggest U go back to india and do consular processing

Are you CAP excempt? If so find  new employer... u dont need lottary?
