dont mind baa...ala ani janam andari abhprayalu sekarinchali ante....give every person who has got a single vote representation.....i mean oka vote gelichna vadiki kuda representation kavali kadha....ee roju LSP might say, the minimum vote % should be 25% and if a party gets that, they should e given a representation.....repu inko 3 kotta partilu puttukostayi.....appudu voting inka distribute ayyipotundi....then there will be a new proposition to have 105 as the minimum vote % to have representation. this is not the procedure baa

yes am talking abt implementation in india....where a new party is born every day....migatha desalllaga kadh mana daggara...kota parties puttagodugullaga puttuku vastunnayi...and if u want to have proportional voting in india, u might be facing a minimum vote % of 10% to get a representation...vch is vague again....so i definetely think this system has got no mettle in india today
