Is moving to Dallas area a good option from Seattle?

Lot of my friends bought for $550k in bothell last year around 2000sqft . Looks like you are delayed . If you are single income guy , yes I would say consider to relocate or look for small house around $1650 sqft in mill creek or bothell/Lynwood border . I was not married a year ago and I also delayed even though I have sufficient cash in hand .

Move to Dallas, East or West DFW is the best metro area for desis. Weather wise desi population wise .
