The only way they can stop abuse is to increase the minimum wage and that wont happen because of corporate lobby. Finally you and me will talk about the same s***t after 5 years also

THis is loss for consultants. USCIS and laweyer gets more comission. benifit for OPT.

Now h1B duration is dependent on client duration letter.. earlier it was 3 years on H1B. 

 how missed this small logic ?
