H1b expires in September 2018 Some are suggesting to apply extension in august 2018 regular so that even if it is denied you can work for certain number of months until it's pending. Suggestions please whether to wait till last minute or to apply earliest ? Quote

Make sure you have proper documentation or else it might not workout . Have all defending stuff if you have to make it work out Quote
