He wants to use his wife's approved 140 and get onto H4 EAD.. it doesnt matter if EAD is revoked or not. What are the steps that he need to follow.. H1 to H4 EAD. I know we have a lot of info online. What is the cost if we go with an Attorney. Also what are the steps in transferring from H1 to H4 EAD like first H1 --> H4 --> H4 Ead. Will this go as single application or two different applications? What is the average Attorneys fee for H1 to H4 EAD. Serious responses only for God sake... Quote

What is the H4 EAD process.. I heard its like H1--> H4 --> H4 EAD...we need to submit two petitions for this... what happens if there is delay in the two applications approval. Like H1--> H4 is approved in April 2018 and H4 --> H4 EAD in May 2018. April lo athani H1 status pothundi kabatti. CLient ki telustunda? and vallu teliyaka pay run cheste ela? Quote
