AndhraneedSCS Posted March 1, 2018 Report Posted March 1, 2018 I believe these are numbers for those who file for I-485 already (because the date was current at some time in the past). This might not be including the cases that are I-140 approved but waiting to file I-485 Quote

AndhraneedSCS Posted March 1, 2018 Report Posted March 1, 2018 Why is EB2 India having numbers until 2010 April? Because that date was current sometime in 2012. Why is EB3 India displaying only until 2007 August? For the same reason above Quote

Technically you can file I-485, it's called pending. So it's your choice either to wait until dates become PD or file. Until 2008, people use to file I-140 and I-485 together. Quote
