USCIS language is always confusing bro. Pending is those who yet to file I-485. If you already file what is there for them to say pending? They are awaiting I-765 (EAD) not adjustment of status

18000/2809 = 6.4 years approx + only few in 2010 and 2011 so add one more year. 7.4 years

2010-2012 combined not more than 3k bro we have 2809 quota it takes 1.2 years max to process

You included entire 2008 but as per current bulletin the date is Dec 15, 2008 ante almost over. Also the inventory is based on end of 2017 but we are three months away. I don’t think it takes more than 7 years for sure.
