He just provided an email as per policy they can’t provide the letter. With this email applied for h1 extension in premium and received RFE availability of work clearly asking all the client documentation. Client clearly stated they can’t provide any documentation and go to implementation partner. Imp partner also not helping in this matter. What are my options? Quote

Escalate the matter to Executive level manager in your implementation partner company, find your immediate manager's boss n send an email to him with the RFE stating i am helping you guys by doing my job to deliver the project now i am in dire situation and need your help. KothaHero Posted March 2, 2018 Report Posted March 2, 2018 also one more thing, change your documentation and highlight stating you are doing project for the implementation partner, and they have the ultimate authority of providing statement of work for your job to your employer and not the client. Read the RFE carefully, its usually pretty elaborate and they clearly mention what they are seeking and also provide options to answer those queries. Quote
