Your current h1 valid till 2018 aug and contract is ending Jun 2018? Then there is a chance to even change the expiry of your current h1 to jun 2018 from aug 2018. Better change your job now long term contract. Pakka availability of work RFE padtundi because you will put 3 years extension and client letter saying only till jun 3018 so what is the work after June 2018 ki client documentation adgutaru.

if you are not able to get a client letter at your current client or in the required format, the chance of getting in a prospective client are much worse

best thing you can do is to add co worker affidavits and provide enough project documentation, these should be notarized, find someone in your company who can provide such affidavits, remember to notarize them, these coworkers does not need to be your team but should be part of IT under the same org tree (rolling up to same sr director/vp

provide org charts for the coworkers as well as part of your documentation

 

every client has some issues, come clients dont even issue client letter, it does not mean USCIS is denying right away... take time and prepare as much documentation as possible to prove you are contributing great to the end client
