USCIS to reject Multiple H-1B applications

“Multiple H1B applications will be rejected”. USCIS  warned foreign workers yesterday through a memo.With only days to initiate the filing process, the warning comes as a clear indication that USCIS would further intensify scrutiny of H1B visas. Agents will now comb through the database to verify the number of applications before considering a petition in the H1B lottery.
