Its a very easy argument to make why India is better off without its upper caste people. india post independence history is all the proof you need.

Every bad public policy came from the dumb upper caste vote block in India. Every single one.

basically man, Hindus lack a sense of morality. especially public morality.

Ofcourse, this disease inflicts even rich muslims, Christians and especially Jains too. But since Hindus are in huge number, lets talk about them.

honestly, the last 3yrs (since Rohit Vemula's death) have been such an eye opener. Online exchanges, especially the ones on twitter (which I had to leave because I was so disgusted), and ofcourse afdb (but less so, because people can't make an argument here), made me appreciate the friends I had back in school. Atleast some of them. They were definitely decent human beings.

basically the argument most hindus make is, 'merit is not recognized in India', and that they are deprived of their fair share accordin to their capabilities in India. And this, when they own a house, a car, and salary of 2lakhs per month. Also they can never really articulate what their 'capabilities' beyond good English, or copy-pasting code from google.

India is definitely better off without them.

The government of India had reservations since 1950. How long do you think people will need to get "up" there? And again there is no communal discrimination among the rich. If you are falling for the preposterous BS they feed desperate people who wait for someone to hand them their future for votes, go for it and I don't really see a point talking about it.

I have been reading this stuff for a long long time. Never really bothered to reply, but somehow may be today is the day ill reply. 

@uttermost bhayya just want to say, i hate oppression in India too, kani its between the rich and the poor. I dont think it matters what caste the rich people are from. People with power and money a caste aina vere vallani peelchi pippi chesi bathikestharu. 

For one thing please dont generalize. Neku em experiences ainayo naku telidu, but not everybody is bad. Nu personal ga okarini waste gadu antunnav for example kukka bathuku in this thread and also at the samr point andaru forward caste vallu waste galle antunnavu not fair bro. Relax the world has billions of people you cannot group and generalize people on any basis. If you are open minded and educated enough that's something you will definitely understand. Peace

A simple example, take away the caste system and half the BS in this DB will go away. Political inclinations, movie star fan bases, all will be gone. That is exactly what that rich bureaucratic community wants people of the country to think about and not about real issues.

Govt of India has long since started to hire for contract, most govt jobs are long gone. Whatevr is left, is only a fraction of the private sector.

and the private sector runs on doles from the govt. guess who gets most of the contracts  

I know truth is hurtful to OC people. OC people are robbers in India. They have robbed India's future with their greed.

If you are angry, go fight the rich OC, who most likely made his money by either sucking on govt's ** (robbing you of your share), or by forming incesty business networks that won't let outsiders a look in. 

if you have something nasty to say to people who fight for the small reservation jobs, then you are already dishonest. ofcourse there's no point talking about it with you.

yeah, if pigs can fly, we can do that.

since they can't, we are left with the hard job of figuring out what works. Reservation is one of the system that does, that is, until the govt is starting to privatize most sectors.

the other thing that will work is, giving lower castes their own country. the logistics of people transfer may be nasty, which could make it infeasible.

What's wrong if they are not good at english and copy pasting code from google.  you are talking about only less than  1% of who are getting 2 lakhs salary per month , owning a house and leading a good life. You never know about lot of scholors who dedicated their life to their family traditions and hardly not getting money for their basic necessities 

So please don't generalize the things.  because of our ancestors mistakes in the past .. present generation is affected a lot by this reservation. normal middle class father is not affordable to give a quality of life to his children . He does not even have properties . but they are  struggling to give good education to their children. that's the reason now you are seeing this much of IT ppl from middle class families.
