This is the price from last 1.5 year. infact it used to be 35-40k, eppudu 30k ki vacharu. I dont think it will go down more other than may be 1000 or 2000, as it is very good residential area. edhi eother of the roads ki dhagara eitha, if middle lo eithe 25k ki vastai if you wait and check.

bandar roadki enta dooram ane dani meeda depend avtadi....if its less than 1km 30k is a good price ..its been a decent residential areas sine last 2 decades
