node.js question, calling experts

 i am very new to node.js , just doing some learning .

i was asked a question in training like this

Question :

i was given a application in github

i dont see any package.json in this , there is just a .js file

i have to setup a pipeline for 3 environments (dev,test and prod) 

how cna i do that?

created a new aws instance, cloned the git hub project , installed node.js

stucked at that point
