bro ... completely sugar, diary and salt manayee... and carbs fat low cheyyi.( eat veggies... veelu aithe rice stop) and also do intermittent fasting.. and 30 min cardio.. u will reach target  in 1 month..no cheat meals..

ee madhya baga 10gi thinadam valla koncham (slightly) potta chesa... started gym , cutting rice and eating chicken,pro food 

cardio and muscle strong chedham ani decide ayya.........

oo pedha roju povalsina avara ledhu , varam la 2 days chalu naku.

I' m medium built... im 6 feet tall (5.11-6 ki madhya unta) weight 162 lbs... inkoka 3 lbs tagalanukuntunna...nenu sugar manesa... and an eggetarian..

GP, nenu kooda body build cheysi beach lo shirt vippi thiragali anukuntunna, cheyali anukuneyvi

daily any sport for 2 hr

stop sugars and less salt and less rice more roti and veggies and salad

1 day fasting in a week
