plan is easy bro... implementing is hard... take foods that are low on glycemic levels... more protein and eat 6 times a day in small portions...

  go for full body check up... diabts, BP , thyroid ( women ki more chances) liver, all check cheyyinchu bro insurance unte.. asap

I was 190 back 5 yrs ago.. appudu I was close to pre dib...5.8 height.. later healtht diet tho back to 175 now inka I need to loose 5 pounds.. ee summer lo adhe plan

I usually run for 30 mins everyday once upon atime. But pelli ainaka poorthiga maanesa.. now, I put on weight which I never imagined.. recent ga malli running start chesina ok 152 nunchi 145/147 ki vachina in a week. I believe running and swimming are best exercises for immidiate weight loss but you keep doing it everyday .. but longer run ki aithe yoga is the best way to keep your health:inner organs: sustain for longer run.. durability can be achieved only through Yoga. 🙏

rice sugar sweets all cut on weekdays. weekends koncham buffet lo eating

playing cricket(weekend league) and softball(weekday league)

reduced weight a bit already..
