Client requirement only computer science degree unna valle enduku cheyagalaru is query .  Soc okati saripodu .8 friends same code ki rfe vachindi 2 denied 2 approved 4  answering process lo unnaru . They are keenly seeing responsibilities now . I also have a feel that 6+ years H1b ayipoyinavallaki baga padutunnayi as we all fall into that category.

Client detailed requirement describe chestu  I need This person as the job responsibilities require their skills which qualifies for speciality occupation ani ivvali ante evadu istadu ? They want Client to justify they need skilled worker . Ma client letter aey ivvaledu even though I mentioned I got rfe. One liner from Manager we won’t involve with H1b ani that too without designation . Client support unte scene is different. Adi lekapote expert evaluations help but I saw in some forums they won’t help anymore .

None of them are speciality occupation related. Both are related to availability of work as I filed both petitions with out any client letter or contract agreement. I changed my client after getting confirmation that they will provide client letter and all required documents if I receive RFE. I got the letter n partial contract agreement first and last page. Hopefully I will get through this bad phase

I didn’t have client letter Or MSA too first time . 2nd time MSA ichadu though no client letter . You will get approved don’t worry .  Facebook lo RFE discussions closed group  undi . Join there may be will help .

I applied for extension on feb 5 th and got speciality occupation rfe on 7 th feb . Had email conversation with Manager but didn’t had client letter as federal client . EVVC , MS in CS and SOC code 15-1132 . Designation in company Senior Application Developer and client designation Application Tech Lead . Query was to justify why that position need a degree in computer science and how it qualifies for speciality occupation. 

We cannot get a single document from client so I insisted to file new petition and not answer that RFE. My employer was resisting for new petition but I had a rough argument and asked him to file new petition as I do not have i94 validity to open MTR  if my application is denied .

 Lawyer said there is risk involved in answering speciality occupation but can go with new petition if I insist . Fortunately query time lo client name changed with acquisition so material change kuda petti filed new petition . Actually this route is not needed as lca lo client name undadu so not really material change but new petition Kosam new lca chesam . I took risk regardless though lawyer said previous petition mida question ravachu why we didn’t answer rfe ani but went ahead as I thought i94 validity lekunda denial would be more trouble .  Same documents malla pettamu. Applied on 25 th April approved today  in Vermont center . Just posting as it will be helpful for people who are going through same situation.  New petition is not a bad idea instead of answering rfe if you are ready to pay twice . I went ahead this route as query padi answer chesina vallavi 3 denials ayyayi in my close circle .
