We cannot get a single document from client so I insisted to file new petition and not answer that RFE. My employer was resisting for new petition but I had a rough argument and asked him to file new petition as I do not have i94 validity to open MTR  if my application is denied .

 Lawyer said there is risk involved in answering speciality occupation but can go with new petition if I insist . Fortunately query time lo client name changed with acquisition so material change kuda petti filed new petition . Actually this route is not needed as lca lo client name undadu so not really material change but new petition Kosam new lca chesam . I took risk regardless though lawyer said previous petition mida question ravachu why we didn’t answer rfe ani but went ahead as I thought i94 validity lekunda denial would be more trouble .  Same documents malla pettamu. Applied on 25 th April approved today  in Vermont center . Just posting as it will be helpful for people who are going through same situation.  New petition is not a bad idea instead of answering rfe if you are ready to pay twice . I went ahead this route as query padi answer chesina vallavi 3 denials ayyayi in my close circle .

What route ? I just applied a fresh application and withdrew previous one .client name changed is material change aey adi defended strongly with news postings,  internal documents and time sheets .Material change unte actually new petition needed . Thorough planning tone applied . I didn’t mislead in anyway to have issue in future . 

Valle chusi petition approve chesaka why they will deny based on previously approved petition? Very strange question dude .

Strange question.. even if uscis goes past 3 yrs also no issue. In this case new petition is filed with new client ( after merging) so no issues here
