not culture, indian kids like jews are brilliant at studies... just like White population couldn't compete with jew, now they are failing to compete with Asian population that comes from china and India. That's why eb2 cap and country quota.. otherwise in last 10 years this country might have filled with atleast 10 million Indians and Chinese..

 

they need money from university fee.. h1b taxes and uscis filing fee for amendments but not Indians and Chinese permenant residents
