I think only bangalore area has that kind of migrants.. and Congress has been winning local mayor elections in bangalore for a long long time.

where is that 32? in bangalore or rural KA? 

If bangalore.. bangalore has been consistently voting Congress, even after complaining about how they govern Bangalore. If I remember last two mayors were from Congress, even though the victory margin was less

Its not like Bangalore is pro BJP. that's what I'm saying.

In 2008 they got 110 in which 18 came in Telugu belt
