Ippudu no-confidence pettadanki trigger ledu...Oka vela unna, Protem speaker undadu kabatti Full time speaker would favor the Govt like we see everywhere. 

Where as in the case of BJP, they were clearly under majority and a floor test was mandatory and that too with a protem speaker dealing it (who doesn’t have much discretionary powers like full-time speaker). 

Overall a well executed work by Congress, especially involving Supreme Court at the right time.
