Yes, The first states re-organisation act. Its a totally failed idea. The most un-scientific method of states division for administrative purpose.

Some mistakes were corrected very early...Carving Gujarat from Maharastra, Creating Haryana from Punjab, Goa and in 2000's some more mistakes were corrected and thus Uttaranchal,Chattisgarh and Jharkhand were born. 

and in 2014, another mistake was corrected by creating TG,

However the list is not complete. 

Vidarbha from Maharastra, Konkan from Maharastra,and Karnataka, Belgaum to Maharastra, Saurastra from Gujarat, jaisalmer and bikaner from Rajasthan, and most importantly, Uttar Pradesh needs to split three way.

Exactly, in a country like India we need to master multiple languages. Our previous generation people actually had knowledge of multiple languages. unlike Tamil Nadu or Andhra where people believe any other language other than Telugu is not encouraged. 

Its culture that should decide the boundaries in India. But thanks to few morons who presided over the first re-organisation council that we had to face so many troubles.
