Very few people who actually moved out from US. Most of my friends got ITA to apply for PR but none of them have any clue what it takes to move out. One guy did because his H1 got denied after third attempt but other's are just doing on safer hand and they prefer to stay in US than Canada.

No jobs in Canada for IT, if you are interested in business or driving trucks plenty of opportunities
