In another conversation, an actress working for the prostitution ring, identified as Victim D, texted to Chandra that she had just finished performing oral sex on a client. “He is very happy,” Victim D wrote, according to the complaint. “Ok,” Chandra replied, adding a “thumbs up” emoji. WHAT Posted June 13, 2018 Report Posted June 13, 2018 WORLD Prostitution racket busted in the US, Prime accused Kishan Modugumudi on run The US police have launched a hunt for Kishan Modugumudi, a creative business magnate with links to Tollywood, in relation to a prostitution racket in the United States. Kishan is said to be the prime accused and kingpin of this racket. He is accused of luring in young Indian girls, taking them to the USA and forcing them into prostitution. Kishan Modugumudi began his career in India as an office boy in the Telugu film industry and slowly became a production assistant. He then became a distributor and a producer in time. Initially he worked with legends such as K.S.Rama Rao. In 1999, he began a six-year long association with director Nagesh Kukunoor, working on films such as Hyderabad Blues, Rockford, Bollywood Calling and studying the industry. Later, he allegedly associated himself with Srinu Vytla and Ravi Teja to work on blockbusters such as Dhee, Venky and Dubai Seenu. He started the 'Aadya Group of Companies' to work in distribution, production of telefilms and in real estate. While these were his 'official' businesses, his reality was altogether different. Kishan Modugumudi is accused of duping young Telugu girls in the name of opportunities and luring them to the USA to 'supply' them to certain prominent people. To put simply, he was a high level pimp,who forced many an innocent girl into prostitution. He carried this out by keeping in touch with some Telugu associations in the USA. A case has been filed against him and the USA police are trying to trace the whereabouts of Kishan, who has gone into hiding. Dailyhunt Quote
