Currently under Ketosis, monna Tuesday night 11 pm ki naa last shake of the day taaga. Appati nundi ippati varaku(35 hours at the moment) no water, no food, not even contact with water in the form of brushing or showering. Honestly i never used keto strips, all i did was just stopped eating carbs. My food during keto was eggs+ chicken+paneer+Butter+Mct Oil.

best way to get vitamin D is through sunlight, if you are not exposed to Sunlight then take oral Vitamin D pills.  Deficiency of vitamin D causes lots of issues mainly osteoporosis . It also boosts testosterone.

@tennisluvr : naaku Keto deli pettey plan undey.. inkao 5-10 year janalu keto keto antaru.. this tide comes once in 10-15 years. Tarvata malli carbs antaru.. I had plans but no money no visa. Na certifications kuda expire aipotunnai. recertifcation cheyyali.. See if you can implement partial keto deli.. Its very easy

Shitake rice peru vinnava? Great low carb substitute for regular rice

Currently 45 hours into my dry fast, lost like 9 lbs in this time. Mostly water weight but not all of it, considering ending it at 48 hours or keep going upto 72 hours.
