Choose an attorney who closely works with the court house that your case is assigned to. They would be the best bet to have your case reduced to reckless driving. At any cost try not pleading guilty to the offense.

When you are stopped while drinking under influence (shouldn’t do) 

Rule 1:Never admit that you are drunk. Even if the officer says you are smelling like s*** , just say I did not drink. Even if you fail the test, still say that you did not drink. This will be helpful for your attorney to claim that the BAC percentage is not accurate. If you admit that you are driving under influence, this goes into the report and is documented and you will have to plead guilty in such cases.
