H1 amendment question

Initially H1 approved till march ‘19 for locationA

thrn moved to location b  and had to amend h1, which was only approved till March ‘18. ( went to stamping on this h1)

Found a project in  location A and working here on my initial h1.

my question is what happens to my i94 validity? Will it be as per the location A

Recent i94 takes precedence over past  so i think watever i94 u got at poe when u got stamping adhr valid, old i94 till ‘19 will no longer be valid

it will be till recent one you got at airport.. you have to get out of the country and come back.... ma freind cancun poyivachadu on same day , just to get new i94..... if you are near to  canada or mexico border ..dhati malli vachayi....... some people also try at local CBP office...but they only do corrections idhi workout kakpovachu... better go out country and comeback

This might work but Check with attorney to be sure .

Different scenario :

I got h1 b extension in 2016 till 2019 and I applied amendment last year which was approved  till March 2018 . Nenu 2018 April lo dmv ki extension query vachaka license expired ani vella 3 Months Ayina vastundi license ani  . She said your old i94 inka valid I can consider this ani license 2019 May Varaku ichindi and approval vachaka come back and update the i94 andi . I was very much confused how that was valid ani but edo ichindi ani took silently and came back . You can still use that i94 in some way anukunta if above scenario wasn’t by error and luck.

You need one to enter . Why do you need i94 to cross border exiting USA ?

already expire ayyindhi ga....i guess better to exit and come back soon... contact your attorney once  ..or else avvo.com lo 20 bucks or so ki 10 min call untadi lawyer tho.. talk to them once before taking decision

but why do you file extension now ..you have h1 till next year right?
