Only certain H4 Spouses(140 Approved) are eligible kada EAD ki so aa certain H4 spouses ki eligibility thisestha antundu anthe. There is no certain criteria for the removal process IMO. "certain" was the previous wording in the text, certain as per the rule is "140 approved candidates" they are using the same "certain" wording now that aligns with the rule title, that is part of the previous rule itself, dont add any more meaning to it, i feel they are totally revoking to everyone if they ever do Quote
