Rule publish ayyaka jarigedi cheppa. Was supposed to get published last month. Enduku avaledo naku teliyadu. Nenu track cheyadam ledu. Just know the above info from talking to my attorney in May. Attorney kuda June publish chestharu ani rumors unnai ani cheppindi.

Only certain H4 Spouses(140 Approved) are eligible kada EAD ki so aa certain H4 spouses ki eligibility thisestha antundu anthe. 

There is no certain criteria for the removal process IMO.  It will be gone for everyone if it has to.

EAD unnavalle a removal rule ki eligible, dantlo malli certian ante i think he is talking only H4-EAD as a group..not all H4 and H4-EAD being part of that certain.

"certain" was the previous wording in the text, certain as per the rule is "140 approved candidates"

they are using the same "certain" wording now  that aligns with the rule title, that is part of the previous rule itself, dont add any more meaning to it, i feel they are totally revoking to everyone if they ever do
