Fulltime salary ni 2000 tho divide chesi .. Vache figure in consulting rate tho compare chesuko. If the consulting pays more than 20 dollars to hand then go for it. 

Ex: You get 110000 all inclusive then your rate is 55. Contracting lo if they are giving you 70-75 to hand then take it. Else fte best.

Same thing happened in my previous client 90% FT's (Windows/Linux/Mainframe/SQL/Oracle/DB2/Storage/Middleware) all who are doing routine stuff, mothani Lepparru. Project given to CTS. TJX lo IT job ante Govt job laga feel ayyevallu. 10-20 years nunchi mana vallu full ga settle ayyipoyyyarru, who dont learn any thing new and all routine activiites chesthu undevallu. CTS vachinapudu basic routine stuff antha document chessi L1 issues anni valla chestha cheyyinchukondi annarru, illa 2 years nadichindhi motham lepparru 

CTS managers client ki we will handle all the other work too, why you need these many FT's and you can save lot of money anni cheppi untadhu 

FT always Risk (Depends on Project + Budget) you never know (Offshore TEam concept vachindhi ante mostly 6- 12 months FT's anthe)

Now a days Offshore companies are entering into all client places so you mean they don't have to maintain IT team at all/min IT Team.  May be your wrong if the client give 💯 off shore also still they require 1 or 2 people fron each team to coordinate with business and offshore team and client is not 100 believing in these offshore companies  because of different reasons may be intially they will show on paper with minimum charge but at the end it's almost to the same IT budget of client. Recently I heard one or two cases everything is moved back to Internal IT team... but not may be the case with all.. so what do you suggest if some offshore companies are enter at client place( as per me these offshore companies existing 95% of end clients in US )...
