I am in FT now but switching to consulting soon. FT lo companies can lay off and revoke H1 in 1 day. Also most of the FT companies want to reduce H1 head aches and hire citizens in your place. Maa department lo HR already instructions pass chesindi. If you find a Citizen immediately remove the H1 and hire the citizen in that place ani..

Agree with your point with H1 issue at present. If real ga citizens they will get it .. do not look for H1 just where there is not much difference in pay also except few bucks., but time will not always like this for H1 with clients..

FT in finance company. Kallu moosi theriche lopala lepesaru. It was 1.5 years ago.

110000 = you are dividing by 2000 hours = so getting 1 hour 55. What about 10 vacation days and sick days? So need to divide by 11000/ 1900 =  57.8  = 58$ per hour. 

Again insurance plays major role. Single aythy you pay 100 or family 250 per month. Consulting lo 1500 family 500 single. So its saving of 18 - 3k = 15k savings. 

So Now add 110k + 15k = 125k ./1900 = 65.7 $ you are earning on the top relocation min 5000k each mnc pays, and H1 VISA RENEWAL 5000K =

SO 125K + 5K + 5K .....

Consulting to 75 Ravalaante your billing sshould be 95 which is now where in reality ( I mean 2 out of 100 jobs) so lets take reasonable one 80 means you get 64$ .

I can say consulting now a days is becoming dead cat and you should be lucky to get few years project.

I put the 110000 as all inclusive with insurance and vacation pay. Neeku fulltime lo 110000 Plus benefits isthunnadu ante nee tech great ye. Job pothe ventane thechukone satha unte you are fine.

and more over H1 renewal mine was zero last year since no premium processing regular lo katte 400 to 500 employer pay chesadu it varies from employer to employer

Bro it might be exception to your case .. in general mestri mana daggara numchi vadaladu atleast for most of H1s
