Ashburn aithe prices all time high...I used to be in ashburn when single family house price was in lower 600’s...and town home for 200’s...now it’s atleast 800k in Ashburn and 450’s for a town home...! 

But demand still strong...desi concentration chala high vundi...nothing would come up for sale when prices go down and so will create less supply to atleast keep the price from falling further...

450 ki town home ekkada vastondi ? 600+ Without upgrades lenidi town Home new one ledu in Ashburn area  . Single family low 700’s with upgrades it is 800+ .i am looking since January very seriously  . No point in buying town home in this area. I decided on a single family home but thinking.  Oka community lo 90% were sold in 3 months. I really wonder if prices will fall in this area .
