so, best thing to do is to make an extension much much before your i-94 expires..!

either premium upgrade or apply for extensions at least 8-10 months before...

yeah 180 days ante 6 months brother...mana paper works..letters..blah blah all those things oka 1 month aitadi....so extension ki apply chesthe better to start 8 months before...so that decision would come before expiry of i-94....

i-94 expire ayekante mundu decision telisthe we would be safe...or atleast oka option aina vuntadi...lekapothey we would be staring at forced removal just in case h1b deny ayindanuko i-94 expiry tarvata....and if such a case happens, then its forever goodbye USA.
